Who we are

Comparatively for Tanzania Elites Community Organizers (CTECO) is be a pool of elites committed to work together to help the vulnerable groups in our communities and engage with other stakeholders to increase community resilience and reduce disaster risks. We started way back in 2007 as a group of professional tutors, and registered as a Community Based Organization (CBO) with the registration number (474/2013/CD/CBO/D.30) in 2013 and as Non-Government Organization (NGO), located in the Dodoma City Council (DCC) – Plot 249, Block “B”, Nkuhungu, Just after Nkuhungu Primary School towards Nkuhungu Police Post - Dodoma Region.

CTECO recognizes Government efforts to improve Education, Agriculture, Science, Health, Human Rights, Business, and Entrepreneur etc. As well as to reduce poverty, ignorance and other factors that retard development.

However, Government resources are limited and therefore a need for Elites in our communities to fill in the gap by working hand in hand with local and international partners to bring about the desired development and social resilient in our communities rendered as payback to the community.
